Hello!

I'm Dana, a passionate student at the start of my User Experience journey. As the daughter of a software engineer and an architect, my thinking has always been split between the look and the logic behind any product I interact with. I started coding at 12 years old, and found that my favorite part was picking at the intricacies of the final visuals. Learning how to code sparked my curiosity of the behind the scenes of how things work, which translated into my study of psychology in my academic career. During that time, my choices for fun classes were all graphic/product design heavy, which easily led me into the Applied Psychology and Design concentration. I was lucky to discover UX, allowing me to avoid having to choose between my interests and instead integrate my acquired knowledge from all three.
